I always use MP as a guide for forecasting where NioCorp can go. I don’t think it’s apples to apples, but it’s the best comparison I can find:

I use MP’s P/E of 10.7. These numbers were from about a month ago.

In a MP comparison, I think a $9.23 ($92.31 1:10 split) price per share is reasonable once in production.

Again not apples to apples, but possibly a ballpark guesstimate for where this is heading.
