Broooooooo. Do you not understand how market capitalization, the PPS, and the amount of shares a company has correlate with each other? If APSI hit $40 PPS the market cap would be around $680 Million. Verizons market cap would be over $100 BILLION at $40 PPS. The reason this is is because Verizon has a lot more outstanding shares than APSI does. So YES $40 is a VERY reasonable price prediction.
