Which Debtors are LBIE's Administrators referring too in their 28th Progress Report? LBHI, why keep it a secret? CTs

The Administrators have continued to pursue recovery of a claim
into an overseas liquidation, where LBIE is also a member of the
Liquidation Committee. The liquidators of that entity are now in a
position to make a significant interim distr bution which will be
received in the next Reporting period. The Administrators also continue to pursue a potential recovery
relating to a claim in an overseas bankruptcy and have
challenged a recent decision made by the overseas court to only
partially accept the claim. It is expected that a large volume of
creditors are likely to challenge the court's decision and any
potential recoveries will take a significant amount of time to be
realised.
