Google around and see what it says about someone wearing all three hats.
It is not well accepted throughout the financial world. And we could not get financing? lol
Looking at it from their perspective, I suppose it could look arrogant.

Perhaps after this post Mark will transfer one of his hats over to the Aussie for arranging such great terms for our SPAC

All SPACs are created equal but not all projects deserve the same terms.

I lose 90% of my share count with no guarantee my share value won't be less with a 1 cent drop the first day of trading.
