What kind of games is KKR playing with Bioamber's shareholders, they are known to have a good reputation in making the best deals and paying top $$ for buyouts, we ignore the noise and wait and watch (December 14th to December 23rd, 2022 ) for $$ in our investment accounts, it is a trick they are pulling to confuse shareholders, I'm expecting $10.50 cash plus new shares , watching AMCI and Lanzatech to go public and also join Origin Materials I'm sure our shares will be included in this energy transition (cash + new shares) , the problem here is that some don't understand the value of Bioamber's technology but I bet KKR does and we will find out very, very soon!!!!
