You are ignoring the fact that management and insiders have purchased no shares since being wiped out by the reverse split years ago. Also ignoring the fact that Offor owns less than 5% of erhe shares. All according to SEC data. This is why erhc has gone dark, continues to be delinquent on SEC filings, and allow erhe shares to reside on the grey market and the Caveat Emptor list resulting in share price near zero. Management has shown zero interest in current shareholder value and there is no reason to believe any possible future deal will benefit current shareholders. This is also why drilling in EEZ block 4, bull market in oil stocks and any recent news have had no affect on the share price (in spite of the waves of African buying lol).
Those are the facts. Basless claims of done deals, future deals to benefit current shareholders, huge short positions, dollars/share, and any of the other bullish bullshit fall on the opposite side of those facts. But good luck. Can't wait to see some of these immediate and short term increases in the share price that are now the rumors du jour.
