Seems like maybe he’s saying that if LCY/Visolis can “cheat” their way into the Bioamber assets for 4.34M then it follows that regulators can “cheat” the former Bioamber shareholders out of a windfall by “blocking” some payout that would occur if LCY were to be taken public through KAHC. It’s literally disconnected gibberish.

Then the usual comments about how they prefer the Chinese translation and/or other statements made years ago.
