Don't you worry, I won't be leaving until the holidays. I said I'd take a hiatus from Christmas to January or so.

I do agree with you that one case will get dismissed in January. The other may be vacated in January too, but I have no idea if it will be remanded back to district court or what they'll do.

If someone can't tell that a shell is a shell, can you trust anything else that they say?
