A very astute investor/chartist/researcher who accumulated 4.5 million shares and was a leader on ST with his knowledge and skills. He communicated with the company and suggested that the company offer dividends to it's shareholders and they did. He was stating over year ago that the true value of the company was $4.00. He sold around October 2021 at .16 as he saw better opportunities in the market. I think he got tired of the non transparency and non verification of assets that would have prevented these huge fluctuations of the ps
