One thing that is needed is that Viva is profitable while not just giving away services
even though we know marketing has to be successful. I think what Johnny should do is advertise unlimited with Luis Guzman for 4.95 monthly while adding a $40 monthly processing fee on people's credit cards every month. If Johnny can get an extra $40 monthly from most Americans with a credit card he can easily run up the stock and pay the 3.5 percent credit card fees as well out of his pocket.

Where this could get really interesting is knowing that there are people with more than one credit card that can pay fees on each one they are assigned. That is pay Johnny on each Mastercard or Visa, Discover, Amex card in their possession!
There should be some way to make Viva a billion something dollars.
