I hear you, but...

What is the tweet advertising? It is a preview of the new corporate webpage. If you agree that the webpage itself won't be in violation, then why is the preview in a tweet going to be a problem?

Also, they don't claim that their therapy works, or that it is cleared by the agency. I fail to see what is false in the part of the webpage that is shown in this tweet. Again, they are in fact developing a therapy intended for use in humans.
