I certainly am not. You would have to go back and see when it was increased(if so). If there was no increase via the DTC..then it is in some other form..be it clerical.

I find it to be extremely foolish to short anything below $5.00..let alone @ $1.00...especially given the extremely low outstanding share count. With that said..there are too many very stupid individuals in this market(overall market). If there were shares available..and some fool decided to short @ $1.00 ...or @.40 ....or even @ .20 ..well...god bless em'.
