warfaretrader, I have great respect for you and I think you are a very savvy investor, so perhaps you can answer a couple of questions I have. With the EV market so hot, why would the EV company be willing to wait an indefinite period until the trial is settled to be acquired by BYOC? Why would the EV company want to be acquired by BYOC since BYOC has basically negative capital? Where is BYOC going to get the money to acquire a factory, hire workers, obtain equipment, and cover all the other costs involved in building an EV vehicle? I checked the EV's financials and they only did $98,000 worth of business. With all the major automakers manufacturing EVs, how is an under-capitalized EV company going to compete?
