Q: Were you aware that he filed to incorporate PROTEK in Wyoming THAT SAME DAY???

Prior to that it was incorporated in Nevada. Eddie made his last filings on 10/24/2012.

However, on page 29 of this SEC filing he lied (at least by a couple of months) by saying:

"(c) From 2013 to the present, Chairman of the Board of ProTek Capital, Inc. (PRPM)...

The timing just seems a bit too coincidental.
