Seriously - not an issue when R is congress and WH -- not an issue when D is congress and WH ------ really ONLY a fake issue when we have an R congress and D White House ---- see Boehner and Obama arrangements

Again - we are talking annual cash in hand -- of $100B --- that is HUGE as new found money (think of all the talk here that BO stole 10B -25B or whatever) supposedly for ACA- which he did not and could not - but that amount was the subject of 1000 posts)
