Pick......there is language in the chapter 11 closing filing that addresses the speculations that have occurred on the message board for years.....basically it stated that all the rhetoric about returning assets after the chapter 11 closing had been examined for accuracy about hidden assets, redacted court documents had been gone over and dismissed.... believe that WMI, and Rosen read these message boards and were well aware of the many posters who were spewing spurious conspiracies about fraud, hidden deals, etc., etc., etc., and was very clear in their statement that with the closing of the chapter 11, no more payments were forthcoming...Rosen, in his statement in the filing WMIL-T most frequently asked question, also addresses the problem with posters spewing spurious conspiracies about returning assets, and their fallacies.....so, throwing stuff against the wall seems to be the last gasp for some of the "believers" for escrow returns...it is sad.......Lodas
