there is still a 14.6 Billion dollar deficit on the Balance sheet held by the FDIC, as per the Testimony of Califano, at the chapter 11 hearings, under oath...the figure has since dwindled to 14.6 Billion..... 14.6 Billion..... 14.6 Billion..., does it sink in yet?....there will be no dividend distributions from the FDIC to anybody until that deficit turns positive.... now, how can it turn positive when JPM was supposed to get the highest values for WAMU's assets when they conducted a firesafe during the 2008 financial crisis, and wrote down all the assets to negative "goodwill"...? they bought the "jewels of WAMU banking, Great Western, Home Savings , Providian. H. Ahmandson for 1.89 billion, and sold the rest of assets for peanuts.... American owes the FDIC money?....yeah, keep that thought while I find a bridge in San Francisco to sell you... Lodas
