Website advice...hire a professional copywriter. Heck, even a competent, college level English major will be a huge improvement. Anything would be better than Ken's awkward, embarrassing "do it yourself" word salads. Examples:

Some might say Ken Patel, CEO of EV Hotel, is the next Elon Musk of the hospitality industry. (Who besides Ken says that? And if he's "the next Elon Musk of hospitality" who's the first?)

"Who is EV Hotel" (look up the definition of "who." It designates a person, not a building)

"Start to finish Construction... Will EV Hotel work with my Budget for..." (random capitalization of words when clearly not appropriate)

"We want to protect our owners and there investments." (Oy vey... "there, their or they're"...all the same right?)

"The kicker here it comes.,," (WTF?)

These are written equivalents of using the wrong fork, picking the wrong wine or committing a million other faux pas. Educated business people pick up on them. And they generally see right thru all the name dropping, grandiosity, fake awards, self-promoting hyperbole, hubris and hucksterism. Those people live and operate in the real world. They partner with real players.. not posers.
