Another thing, if they let it move up, than maybe the deal would speed up some. Possibly PPS is a factor.

If the insiders could find a way to make some personal purchases of the free trading shares along with a closing, that would go a long way to increase confidence.

I think HESG has a lot of good things on the shelf waiting for this closing.
