OK, lets look at some numbers..First I have been thru RS and TDA chargers me a 39.00 fee.????
Numbers..I will use 1,000,000 shares at cost of .0004=400..
now as the company is saying your account balance does not lose value which is correct
you have 1,000,000 at .0001..your balance is 100, your cost is still 400
after split at 1/1000 you now own 1,000 at .10 which is 100 the same balance as pre split.
Now your cost is still 400.
to recoup your 400...you have 1,000 and you need to get to 400..so you need the share price to get to .40
if you were at .0006 your cost was 600,
now at 1,000 shares the price would need to get to .60..1,000x>60=600
The question you need to answer is after the split do you believe the price will reach .40/.60 per share?????
