Deja Vu All Over Again!!! This is the same crap that HYSR did back in 2021 a couple of times when the (so_called) lenders sold all those shares to make back factors of 5 and 10 times their so-called funding amount. It is not really funding but an elaborate scam to use convertible debentures. HYSR did not get $45M! And just like before (and I don't remember the amounts of each of the fundings) HYSR will start paying out the 4+ billion shares that the lender? can sell immediately and all the sheep that believe in this farce will buy like mad causing huge swings in the share price and just like before, not a damn thing will happen for HYSR to produce another extra bubble of hydrogen. All HYSR has to do is wait for a certain amount of time to repeat the old BS and suck in a batch of new (and some old) believers into a fantasy technology that does not and cannot work! Wanna Be believers should really go dive into and read the Prospectus for this fiasco! I swear that the cartel spends serious time coming up with very clever ways to fleece the flock! What a scam!
