I offered to help Mark and he is checking with his lawyer for half of the $5000 amount at .07 percent interest (no shares). Trying not to disrupt the potential value of MIKP. If Mark files immediately and MIKP becomes limited pink Mark would not have to pay me any interest.

My condition that all of this was LEGAL seeing I own almost 100 million shares.

If someone else wants to help with the other $2500 give me a call. I only am interest in one other person. More than that just simply gets too complicated and makes room for more MIKP excuses.
