Orangutans are skeptical
Of changes in their cages
And the zookeeper is very fond of rum
Zebras are reactionaries
Antelopes are missionaries
Pigeons plot in secrecy

Maybe you should read them to your colleagues and ask for a raise of hands when they think they are accurately described?

Might at least lighten things up.
