Once again, smoking cigarettes for 30 years is not a healthy thing to do. I also have had lung cancer, they removed my upper lobe, and thanks to changing my lifestyle of not smoking, eating better, sleeping , and leaving my night shift job. Life is about making choices, you can make a choice about building something, or you can choose to destroy . That's the decision we all make each and every day.
