I am familiar...read about it on the DD board a few years ago. And, did a Google search on Zoran Cvetojevic who is also listed on page 4 and has ties to "Miro" in the past. The share issuance to Cvetojevic of 35,000,0000 is a typo (not the first for Kate in disclosures). It is either 35,000,000 or 350,000,000. Kate needs to clean that up. Also, the DWAC registration to "Miro" -- a new issuance and unrestricted??? Kate needs to give more info on that arrangement but no one should hold their breath waiting.
