Thanks beachbum for the info, at this point we are trying to figure out whats going on with Lgbs.

Here are the facts:
1. lgbs assets: 166 lots in Bouse Idaho, a hot place for Real estate worth $16.6 M.
2. The new ceo since the past Friday is Troy Davids while the former Ceo is not longer in Lgbs.
3. Twitters : "Update next week", "A change in company officers is in the works. ", "company news release will be published soon."
4. Very high volume yesterday. "Volume precedes Price"

Here are some conjectures:
1. Lgbs has been Reverse merged or a Buyout done by a House Builder
2. TroyDavisHome seems to fit into the mold because of the name, the business involved in and they also operates in Idaho.
