Tremendous uptick in missile count and civilian destruction since Mr. Evil, the last general pukey assigned the war in Ukraine took over and he's known for pure brutality and murder.
And it looks like he is doing his best to destroy Ukraine.

Dollars to donuts I bet he's no where near the front or maybe not even in Ukraine.
