FORW owns 10mil shares of HMBL.

My guess is that someone who bought based on WNFT's recent rise, decided to sell based on today's WNFT bear trap. The goof put up 1mil shares on the ask and then took it away as WNFT price started to recover. Let him bring the price down as low as he can.
