As of November 15, 2022, $1.4 million of the principal remained unpaid on that loan from the CEO.
So if $1.4mil principal remained, that means that FORW will have $600k in cash and 10mil HMBL shares. Plus no debt for this. I'd say that is great news for FORW.
Plus - and this is the important part... If that $1.4mil balance isn't immediately paid off, what will FORW do with the money? Even if it is paid off immediately - which it likely will be, there is that $600k of play money available.
