Denny, it all has to do with what types of former WaMu securities you owned and quantity but not including former Piers.

We shall soon find out but this transaction may be part of a larger (private securities offering) TO COME transaction as this transaction is obviously missing details of what returned to the Wells Trustee account for this assignment
