Looks like a dead shell that made the jump out of the grey sheet purgatory straight to Pink Current.

1.2m float if insiders have not bought those up.
I suspect the restricted block will consummate the coming R/M

Why go through this for it to just sit.

Like GASE snd EVCI, a R/M might be days yo weeks away.,
