Here is my correspondence with Mark from 2 days ago.

The carrot game with Mark continues...................!
As does the wait..................................snore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The other day in conferring with Mark he mentioned the following and said he already told me this. (My only question to that statement is why did he tell me about 6 weeks ago that the final version of the form 10/financials was on their lawyers desk ready to be filed (probably within 2 weeks).

Here is what he sent me yesterday.

From Mark (two days ago at 4:27 p.m.)
I explained very clearly to you weeks ago we require $5000 to pay for the remainder of the Form 10 before he'll submit. I've already paid the initial $5k out of pocket and waiting on a few clients to close before I can furnish the rest personally. Most of my personal monies is invested in the properties owned by MIKP/Arowana.

While this sounds fine and noble, this waiting game has been going on 10 years.
I could almost guarantee you this waiting game will continue into 2023 going by past history.

As a side note: I posted 99 percent of what Mark gives me to pass on. I DO NOT RECALL:ANY SUCH REVELATION ABOUT NEEDING $5,000 before he can go forward or you would HAVE SEEN IT HERE IN ONE OF MY POSTS.
