I totally agree....no matter how you look at it, this has to be a huge positive. You will never become a top level or high ranking company with an unmotivated and unproductive work force.

Once again Nick is executing on his growth and profitability plan and is building a top tier company in the CDMO industry.

I also agree, that at one point we will be bought out!
