That means HPNN investors in (HPNN basically financially insolvent), own no part of digitalage. HPNN no longer paying any of its obligations and has $tons more in accounts payable that it cannot pay.

HPNN likely will file for bankruptcy when the CEO goes to prison for his 5 terribly serious felonies.
