i think your concern is misplaced
it's not if he can get current,it's more if he wants to.
there were plenty of stinky stocks that wanted to get current last year and did. and that's without having the benefit of first hand knowledge of the workings of the otc.
you're aware of this of course.
but it is such a huge red flag that so many are in denial of.
