What's the valuation matter when you can only safely buy $500 worth of a stock without causing a huge move % wise when you buy or sell ? I mean how much can one make on a stock like PGNT even if you're right and the stock goes up 50% +. Then again, I guess you can make out in a given year if you find hundreds of these kinds of plays, and make out nicely on most. However the time and patience needed to deal with these anemic volume stocks must be infinite ! I would also think the anemic liquidity is why many of these stocks have tiny PEs. That is, no one wants to deal with them, as they realize they can make very little.
