I guarantee no real company would ever do a reverse merger with a Sharp hijacked shell.

Just look at the garbage he brought into FORW and in over 3 years as the CEO of FORW he still hasn't generated any revenue.

It is amazing some keep hanging on to the belief that Sharp is trying to build a real company but when he hijacked the 3 shells they were for self enrichment.

Foote/Sharp are selling HUMBL stock for $0.0085 and that includes a warrant that is cashless to raise money - so much for HUMBL it is finished just like the 3 Sharp hijacked shells.
