Over 100 potential target customers, including, in addition to UAMPS, ten customers across seven countries that we consider highly interested
customers who are considering an NPM power plant deployment in the late 2020s or early 2030s.

We believe the long lead-time involved with siting an SMR,
the number of customers in our pipeline and the work being performed by these potential customers involving a NuScale deployment project bode well for our
potential future success.
