LOL. If this is really good news, which I don't think it is, but if it was such good news, Sharp just gave all US shareholders a punch in the gut because none of them can buy and they can only watch the SP rise (on such supposedly good news).

This just doesn't add up.

Not a chance a custodian would give up the role before getting the stock current, even getting the stock off the EM and making filings. He doesn't even have access yet.
