Is it really good news? Motion to terminate custodianship now, even before he gets this off the EM? Before filings?

Seems to me like he's given up. No?

Never seen this before a custodian has done his job. I mean, as a custodian, he's supposed to make sure the shell is clean and ready for a reverse merger, or business, etc. This thing isn't even off the EM yet.

Not sure about this. Could be massive dumping at the open.
