It's incredibly strange. The OTC, as a whole, is insanely unpredictable. Things can go black in a heartbeat. You want to know why some people like me just buy like 25 OTCs and spread their chips across the roulette board, hoping for one big hit? This is why. Unfortunately that doesn't always work either, particularly this year.
