I assume it works for us
That action - while good for us AND I WANT IT - IMO does not "directly" get the decision back to congress (elected) ---- but rather NEGATES the agency action (not elected) by DECISION of SCOTUS (not elected)
Not saying it - Major Decision - is good or bad as a way to look at MEGA issues
But I am saying - that approach moves certain decisions/actions from an Agency decision to a COURT decision ---- until if and when Congrees (elected) takes it upon themselves to clarify yes or no ---- until then this takes some decision making from an agency and moves it to nine people
