ASTRA VEDA CORPORATION UPDATED DISCLOSURES IMMINENT
Scottsdale, Arizona / November 13, 2022/ Astra Veda Corporation (EXMKT: ASTA) announces that its accounting solutions partner, the Eventus Advisory Group, provided a status update to our executive team.
The Astra Veda Corporation financial disclosure statement is in the last phase of review and being compiled into the final format required by the OTC Market Group for their consideration and acceptance enabling the Company. Completing this rehabilitation objective permits Astra to leave the Expert Market tier as a legitimate public company moving forward.
“We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to have Neil Reithinger and his seasoned team of certified public accountants help us reconstruct our financial management processes to be ready for a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) audit next year”, says Jeff Ballard, Astra’s acting Chief of Operations. “It has been a tremendous learning experience and underscores why it is critical for over-the-counter securities-based companies to have irrefutable financial record keeping.”
