Keith, once under the radar, then IR and attending conferences to learn how to do that, now splitting time as "VP" and construction manager on his day job, just doesn't seem to be able to get those quarterlies right. He issued the 30M shares in April, messed up the next quarterly and had to issue a new one showing that issuance, now he's messed this one up showing those shares not being issued until this last quarter.
There's nothing being built here other than a story.
