Maybe that is on purpose 2022 was a horrible year to get anything rolling. Now with hopefully elections grinding down and the war slowing people won't be as afraid to invest.

I think this is just the landscape. I'm thinking end of year or 2023 q1 this wakes up. None of my holding are doing good or moving. Waiting game right now.
