Expect selling pressure on the stock after the distribution..

Selling already happened when the PPS went from $27 to the current $20-22 range.

KROGER's offer of $34.10 per share will be dropped to $27.25 to offset the SPECIAL DIVI as ALBERTSONS is calling it.

It may be a non-divi as you pointed out but until I hear more from tne company I will treat it as a SPECIAL DIVI.

Other companies do the same and it is treated as a SPECIAL DIVI.

Only time will determine what it is.

EDIT: DO NOT FORGET ABOUT THE SPINOFF SHARES THAT WILL OCCUR AFTER KROGER SCOOPS UP OUR SHARES AT WHAT FINAL PRICE, THAT IS TO BE DETERMINED AT A LATER DATE WHEN REGULATORS DETERMINE WHICH STORES NEED TO BE EXCLUDED IN THE BUYOUT.
