i dont think it was a mistake because he tried to justify it again on his facebook page:

specifically he said that he wanted to let people know right from get go that he was going to do RS.

and then he bragged about how transparent he was since he told everybody early that there was to be a RS.


so was it dumb? yes. he could have waited.

was it purposeful for him? yes.

because he is a damn scam artist.

his only intention is to dilute again.

otherwise he has zero reason to do RS.

he cant uplist with this RS. and there are several requirements and he cant meet them.

stock would only drop like hell again because he is going to dilute.

and who would trust him now anyway.
