I don't care. No one buys a cleaned out shell, get it audited, audit their own financials for no reason. Simple as that. You think he is trying to psyche out investors and pay way more money than he needs, and get PCAOB team to dive into his financials for nothing? He could have just merged and been done with it and diluted. Put out some BS statements.
