My first thought was MWR, too. Lol.
Pretty sure I could buy 1M shares today for a DCA under $0.055 if I was so inclined. That's ~3.3% of the outstanding count. Beggars belief when these low floaters (can) have such turnover but it's not that rare. MWR is always the first suspect but it could be something as simple as MMs stacking the ASK or perhaps someone on this board is bailing after all this time.
For my money, I've made a bet I can live without. We'll see where it goes.
