RVNC management no longer gets the benefit of the doubt for anything based on track record. If it seems wrong, it more than likely is with this team. Street is telling you what they think of the roll out schedule timeline. The "cautious" thing is an excuse for lack of preparedness, a few bad outcomes should be expected, just as was the case with all of the other toxin rollouts. If a few bad injections is all it would take to sink the launch, which I think is BS, my worry would then become a pro-Botox injector(s) making sure bad outcomes happened
